You will need the following information and documents handy before filling out this form:
Name (including any middle names), address and contact details (phone number and email address) of all purchasers, and in the case of the purchaser being a company the name and ACN of the company.
Details of the property you are buying, and whether or not you are obtaining a loan to buy it.
A copy of the contract of sale for the property you want to buy, so that we can review it for you.
