Sale Instructions

You will need the following information and documents handy before filling out this form:

Name (including any middle names), address and contact details (phone number and email address) of all vendors, and in the case of the vendor being a company the name and ACN of the company.
Details of the property, including the address and, if you have them, the title details for the property.
Copies of the most recent council and water rates, and where applicable the latest owners corporation fee notice.
Pool/spa compliance certificate and registration confirmation (if applicable).
Copies of any leases (if applicable).
Any building/planning permits, details of building works undertaken in the last 7 years.
Any other relevant correspondence you may have received from government authorities, such as the local council or VicRoads.
