I am writing to express my deepest thanks to two of your team, Nam Vo and Stephen Kirby.
Since April 2022, when I had my first appointment with Nam to start the probate process for my late aunt, I have received expert guidance, advice and support. Throughout a longer than anticipated journey, I have been able to clearly understand the law around probate, my responsibilities and also how to manage each step.
What cannot be expressed more highly is the deep level of care and support for me as a client, navigating an unknown situation which has been incredibly stressful. You may be aware that my aunt’s will was challenged and ended up in the County Court in mid-August. Stephen’s advice, and selection of barrister for the case, was exemplary. As was the amount of work in the weeks (and weekend) leading up to the court case! Nam was able to attend the first morning of court to be an additional support which was very much appreciated.
The countless emails, phone calls and meetings have always resulted in me feeling even more supported, and importantly for me, my position was heard and understood.
I am so pleased that my aunt and uncle had their wills prepared and kept with your offices, as I now know I have lawyers that I can trust with my own legal affairs. I would just like to let you know how grateful we are to have Nam’s expertise in dealing with my parents’ estate. Having lost my dad in 2020 Nam was very competent in helping my mum change over names and account and titles for the house and follow the arrangements that my Dad had made in his will. Unfortunately in December 2022 we lost my mum and found ourselves in need of Nam’s services again nothing was too much trouble he followed mum’s requests to the letter.
